When we started Playday Pups a year ago, we never imagined how quickly our little daycare family would grow. Some of our original dogs from day one are still with us, creating a core group of canine companions that have become the heart of our facility.

During our meet-and-greet, new dogs and their parents visit our facility to assess compatibility. Our primary focus is identifying any potential signs of aggression or behaviour concerns. We observe each dog’s interactions, body language, and temperament to ensure they’ll be a good fit with our existing group. This isn’t just about keeping our current dogs safe – it’s about creating a positive experience for every new furry friend.
Our screening process is thorough but compassionate. We look for dogs that can interact peacefully, play well with others, and contribute to our positive pack dynamic. Once we confirm a dog is friendly and poses no threat, we become incredibly flexible with our boarding and daycare options.
